Cancellation & Refunds
Plans change. Here is how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are intended to work.

Group classes
Cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before a class for a full refund or credit. Cancellations inside 12 hours are not refunded, as the instructor's time is reserved. (Window is a placeholder pending final policy.)
Private sessions
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before a 1:1 session at no cost. Later cancellations may be charged in full.
Programs
Programs may be cancelled for a full refund before the second session. After that, a pro-rated refund of remaining sessions may be offered at our discretion.
Memberships
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate part-months.
If we cancel
If an instructor cannot teach a scheduled session, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
