To schedule and deliver sessions, send confirmations and reminders, process payments through our payment provider, and respond to your messages.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share practice notes with anyone other than the instructor teaching your session.
Health information
Please do not send medical records or diagnoses. Any wellness context you share is used only to help an instructor teach safely, and is not treated as medical data.
